At our Leeds Contact Centre, based in Millshaw Court, staff and visitors have access to 550 car park spaces, a free shuttle bus service as well as a great car share scheme which provides employees an affordable and environmentally friendly way to get to and from the site.
Millshaw Court also houses a canteen serving an extensive range of handmade fresh food. Employees can also make use of our onsite health and fitness wellbeing centre which offers a wide range of activities and a well-appointed gym, featuring exercise bikes, resistance machines and treadmills — helping promote a sense of wellbeing and a good balance of work and play.
Customer Advisor – Mortgages
When you join our team as a Barclays Customer Advisor, you’ll be responsible for helping our mortgage customers as they begin their mortgage journey. You’ll work with our customers to understand their requirements, determine eligibility and help them fulfil their home buying aspirations by handing off to a Mortgage Advisor in a branch or over the telephone.
You’ll attain the highest standards of regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction, and in return we will give you a comprehensive range of innovative products, a truly supportive environment, plus comprehensive training.
Customer Service Mortgage Specialist
As a Barclays Customer Service Mortgage Specialist, you’ll go the extra mile to deliver effective, efficient and compliant telephone based mortgage advice to our customers. You will be working collaboratively with intermediary business and contact centre colleagues in order to bring consistently high levels of service to each and every customer.
